At The Beautiful Body Shop, we guarantee that all our products are 100% AUTHENTIC, GENUINE and ORIGINAL. If you feel and think that the product you got is not original, we would be glad to accept your returns and refund your payment.
The request for refund should be made 7 days after receiving the product. We will not honor returns with no request for refund made. We will refund payment upon the receipt of the returned products. We would only refund the cost for the unopened / undamaged items. The customer should handle the shipping cost of the product. The customer should handle the shipping cost on returning the products. The customer should include the waybill and stamps attached to the product when returning. The customer should pack the items securely to avoid any damage to the items.
We at The Beautiful Body Shop will not be responsible and will not be liable for lost or damage shipments being returned and for any delivery delays due to custom clearance, local mail problems, holiday rush or other unforeseen causes whether man made or acts of nature.
You have the right to leave us a negative feedback. But negative feedback left before settling the issue with the seller would not qualify you of the Money-Back Guarantee.
Orders are processed and prepared upon the receipt of the order transaction. Turn around time is just a couple of hours and the orders are shipped the same day of the approval of the payment. We have a tie up Courier and we ship orders monday through saturday of the week.
As soon as we ship your order, we will notify you via e-mail. You will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your order online with the Online Tracking Site that will also be provided to you.
Please make sure that your paypal address is updated and accurate to avoid shipping errors. Items will be shipped in crisp condition to your confirmed paypal address. Seller will not be responsible for delays in shipping as this normally arise due to customs clearances in different countries. Seller will try its best though to track packages in case of delays.
Item/s will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours upon confirmation of payment.

We can give approximates only because it still depends on how fast or slow they are processed at both our postal services and the customs. The work load of these offices vary depending on the season. Ber months (October, November and December), in anticipation of Christmas, are usually the peak season. Other major occasions may also affect the transit time so one may expect some delays during these times of the year.
